Alisyn was introduced to yoga after her gymnastics career ended due to a fractured T-8 vertebra. Yoga healed her from the inside out and opened many doors, including discovering her purpose and love for teaching. She received her 200-hour teaching certification in 2014 from Pamela Bliss and a Children’s Yoga certification in 2017. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the college of health science with her degree in Kinesiology.
Alisyn believes movement is medicine and loves to accompany movement with sound healing. She has a passion for crystal singing bowls that are integrated into her classes. She wants to spread the amazing benefits of yoga to everyone; it is her purpose to develop a creative, compassionate, and energetic atmosphere for all to learn and grow.
