Animal Flow® is a unique class that uses movements from yoga, breakdancing, parkour, and animals to build strength, mobility, endurance, and mind/body coordination. Participants will learn both choreographed and non-choreographed movement patterns. Think crawling in slow motion and really focusing on stabilizing, weight shifting, and integrated contact with the ground.
It is truly an innovative fitness program that uses elements from bodyweight-training disciplines in fun and challenging ways. It is a complimentary workout to any sport or fitness activity, whether an extreme athlete or a beginner, or anywhere in between.
