Hannah has been a dancer since she was four years old, and that was her number one way of moving her body and staying active. When she graduated from high school, she needed something else to keep her body strong and healthy and that's where she found power yoga. Hannah loved the dynamic and powerful practice and, a few years down the road, found the various mental and emotional health benefits helping her in life. In 2017, Hannah got certified through Wild Abundant Life to teach yoga. All of Hannah's classes focus on breath and awareness of the senses. Vinyasa/power classes will be centered around strength and the powerful connection of breath and movement.
