E-RYT 500, YACEP
Jozi Tatham is 500-hour certified through Jason Crandell's Power, Precision, and Mindfulness program. She also has the unique Master’s Degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. The Master’s Degree program built a thorough understanding of the history, philosophy, and theosophy of Yoga as a belief system, an ancient practice, and an evolving contribution from the East that directly inspired her to develop Siddhi Yoga as a space for not only movement, but education as well. She is also certified in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Social Change: a practical and applicable training on bringing yoga to various communities to affect change through movement and mindfulness practices, and Street Yoga: a trauma-informed teacher training aligned with bringing yoga and mindfulness to at-risk populations and neighborhoods.
Owning a yoga studio and committing her life to the instruction of yoga and its many associated techniques has been a life-long pursuit for her, particularly in serving the Milwaukee area, which she has intermittently called home since 2003. She hopes to build a strong resource center for like-minded people to expand on their foundational belief systems to learn, move, and grow as a community.
