Thrive: Live Music Breathwork Ceremony

  • Siddhi Yoga 3473 North Booth Street Milwaukee (map)

Thrive is a powerful group consciousness experience guided by Sam Bottner, Dustin Borlack, and our wonderful Space holders. We teach a simple two-part breathwork technique that profoundly opens your flow of vital energy. Combined with intuitive music using rooting world instruments, this process allows for very deep healing experiences, as well as access to mystical states of consciousness.

The breath style is deep and somewhat rapid, inhaling and exhaling through an open mouth while lying down. The main thing is to follow the breath and your inner guidance. It is generally accessible for all, but if you are unsure of your capacity to participate, please feel free to contact us: (

The method can be quite intense and cathartic at times. It is always okay here to breathe at your own pace, take breaks, or care for yourself however you may need. Our highest intention is that you feel safe and supported in your process.

Answer the call of deep togetherness. Of true expressive and emotional freedom. Discover a compassionate space to practice raw vulnerability. Thrive with us.
